About The Position

This position as Projects Team Administrator requires an individual who understands the importance of planning, coordinating, delivering and driving the project team's activities to ensure they operate as a successful cog inside this organisation.  As a solid Projects Team Administrator you will take on the responsibility for communications, logistics, event management and supporting the team to meet key objectives.  Your self starting, planning, organisational and time management skills are required for this professional team.  A strong sense of ethics is required to manage confidential information.

Your background needs to include:

  • 2+ Years administration coordination
  • Above average communications skills
  • Acting as contact and conduit for information
  • Event and workshop management
  • Exceptional computer skills
  • Drafting contracts
